Mountain Forest essential oil blend is made up of six alpine forest oils from Nepal (Rhododendron, Juniper, Spikenard, Basil, Mint and Eucalyptus) which combine rich earthy fragrance with a number of therapeutic benefits. These essential oils are blended in an olive oil base and can be put directly on the skin for massage or fragrance, added to a hot bath, used for steam inhalation or put in an aromatherapy diffuser.
