How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer very reasonable shipping charge on all orders. We work very sincerely and responsibly for dispatching your orders in the most efficient, safe and accurate manner. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day. Local holiday and weekend orders are processed the next business day and Weekends are not part of standard or expedited shipping times.
We know that shipping can be expensive at times which is why we have broken down the shipping costs in the most correct way so that you do not have to pay more than what is absolutely necessary.

Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we offer very reasonable shipping charge worldwide. We ship products internationally. International orders are contigent upon certain criteria since these are handled on order by order basis. All orders will be shipped from our Kathmandu Headquater Warehouse, Nepal.
Can the delivery be rescheduled if I am not available to receive my order?
Yes, you can reschedule the delivery by directly contacting and coordinating with your local courier service. They will assist you in arranging a more convenient delivery time.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Our customers can return their purchased items to us in case of damage or if they are not satisfied with the product. For the refund, the items must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery.
NepaCrafts Product does not cover your return shipping costs unless received damaged. Please note that books are non-refundable.
How do I return the products?
Please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date to request a refund before returning any items. If you do not contact us within this 14-day window, your order will not be eligible for a refund. We will give our customers the nearest return addresses depending upon their country. We have business associates in the US, UK, Germany, France, The Netherlands or our customers can return the products to our address in Nepal which is as follows:

How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. Your payment via PayPal will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your PayPal account.
In case that an item is not delivered due to being out of stock, we will issue store credit for the amount upto $50. For value above $50 we will be issuing a refund to PayPal.
Claims
I was shipped the wrong item(s). What should I do?
If the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will replace the product or refund the complete amount including all shipping charges. Just Email us at service@nepacrafts.com with your order number, name and address and details on the reason for your return. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products. If the item you requested is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. We will assist you in returning the original shipment for a full refund, including shipping charges.
My order was damaged in transit. What should I do?
If you received a damaged delivery, all you have to do is let us know and send the pictures of the damage products and the packing box. Our carrier may choose to inspect the package. The claim may not be processed if the original packaging and its contents are not available.
We will ship out a replacement to you immediately.
