This White Tara Thangka is hand painted on primed cotton canvas using natural mineral pigments and traditional techniques passed down through generations. Depending on the intricacy of the work, each painting may take from one month to over a year to complete.

White Tara is widely venerated in Vajrayana Buddhism as the embodiment of serene compassion and longevity. She is often portrayed seated in a meditative pose, with seven eyes-on her hands, feet, and forehead-symbolizing her all-seeing wisdom and watchfulness over sentient beings.

In this thangka, her calm presence is enhanced by the red background, representing life force, protection, and spiritual power. The warm tones elevate her gentle expression and amplify her energy of nurturing and divine care.

Spiritual Importance:
White Tara is particularly associated with physical healing, mental clarity, and spiritual resilience. Practitioners call upon her for protection, restoration, and long life-for themselves and for loved ones. Her image offers comfort in times of illness or difficulty, while also serving as a powerful aid for deep meditation and emotional healing.

This thangka serves as a beacon of hope and renewal-ideal for sacred spaces, personal altars, or as a gift of spiritual intention.

Every painting is carefully wrapped in handmade Lokta paper and packed inside a sturdy, non-bendable PVC pipe to ensure safe delivery.

Size : 33.5" H x 23.5" W approx.
