
Tibetan Bodhisattva Vajrasattva Thangka Painting
This painting is hand drawn on primed cotton canvas and hand painted. Vajrasattva, is the Bodhisattva of purification and represents the purity of awareness or ultimate reality. He is also called the primordial Buddha of all Mandalas.
Thangka painting is more than just a work of art. It is an object of devotion, an aid to spiritual practice, and a source of blessings.
He sits on a single lotus base, crossed legged in the meditative pose like other Dhyani Buddhas. He carries the vajra in his right hand with palm upwards against the chest and a ghanta (bell) in the left hand resting upon the left thigh.
Every painting is nicely packed with hand made lokta paper and is put inside a strong non bendable PVC Pipes for expedition.
