Medicine Buddha Brocade Thangka Painting
This thangka is skillfully hand-painted using traditional mineral and vegetable pigments, and is rich in detail and spiritual symbolism. It features Medicine Buddha, also known as Bhaisajyaguru, the Buddha of Healing and Medicine. Seated in a meditative posture on a lotus throne, Medicine Buddha is depicted with a serene expression and deep blue body symbolizing the healing power of lapis lazuli. In his left hand, he holds a bowl of healing nectar, while his right hand rests on his knee holding the myrobalan plant, a sacred herb known in Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicine.
Surrounded by a peaceful and balanced composition of floral and celestial elements, the thangka radiates a calming and restorative energy. The artwork is beautifully framed in a blue brocade, which complements the deep blue hue of the deity and enhances the spiritual and aesthetic presence of the thangka.
This thangka is ideal for meditation spaces, altars, or as a devotional gift that inspires inner strength and spiritual awakening.
Every painting is nicely packed with hand made lokta paper and is put inside a strong non bendable PVC Pipes for expedition.
