From Small Orders to Container Shipments

Our wholesale operation is equipped to support both emerging retailers and established international businesses.

Orders under US$1,500: Eligible wholesale customers can place orders directly through our website. Once your wholesale account is approved, we will provide access to our wholesale pricing.
Orders over US$1,500: Contact our wholesale team for a personalized quotation and wholesale catalog based on your selected products and quantities.
Orders under 200 kg: Normally shipped by express courier.
Orders over 200 kg: Can be arranged through air cargo to your nearest international airport.
Large-volume orders: We are equipped to handle commercial and container shipments for bulk purchasing.

Shipping arrangements are selected according to order size, destination, product type, and the most practical international freight option.

International Shipping

With years of experience exporting from Nepal, we work with established international courier and cargo partners to deliver orders around the world. Depending on the shipment, destination, and weight, we can arrange services through major international carriers and freight networks.

Our team coordinates the shipping process from Kathmandu and works with you to ensure the necessary documentation and logistics are in place.

European Union Customers

For our customers in the European Union, NepaCrafts is registered under the REX (Registered Exporter) system, supporting the applicable requirements for preferential origin documentation where relevant.

Wholesale orders require advance payment.
Bank/payment details provided after order confirmation.
Wholesale pricing and minimum quantities may vary by product.
Custom branding, packaging, and private-label orders are subject to product-specific requirements and minimum quantities.
Shipping costs and arrangements are quoted according to destination, weight, volume, and shipping method.
