Sal Resin Incense

Sal Incense is obtained from the Sal tree that is found ranging from south of the Himalaya, from Myanmar in the east to Nepal, India and Bangladesh. The incense gives a very refreshing woody and cool scent. Sal Dhoop is believed to attract Gods and is used by both Hindus and Buddhists in religious and spiritual practices. Having various health benefits in treatments like headaches, cough, cold it has been used for centuries. The incense is thought to improve concentration, reduce anxiety and help the user relax the mind and body. This incense is non-addictive, non-toxic and perfectly safe for inhalation and the environment.

How to Burn:
To burn the resin, first light a charcoal tablet in your incense burner and wait until it's hot enough. Once ready, put the resin on top of the charcoal. Resin will melt and release the fragrance.
