Yak Bone Mala With Amethyst Beads and Buddha Head

This is a yak bone mala which is handmade in Nepal. The mala consist of 108 beads with counter so that it will be easy to count and recite mantras. In this mala there is a white metal Budhha head bead as a guru bead. This mala could be worn as a necklace, or wrapped several times around the wrist to make a bracelet.

This prayer mala has Amethyst as a mala counter. The benefits of Amethyst are many, including helping to calm fears and promote a more positive outlook, helping with focus and dispelling any negative energies that are around. Amethyst is a protective stone that has strong healing and cleansing powers.
