Q:What is your return policy?
A: The buyer have to pay the shipping cost, if he or she wants to send the item back. If the item is broken down during transit, please contact the Shipping agencey for the refund, if it is insured.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, we do combine shipping depends uopn the item location. Some of our items are send directly from Nepal and some from Europe. If you won the item ships from the same location, you will qualify for the combine shipping.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Germany 2-3 days Europe 3-5 days USA, Canada, Aus 5-7 days Rest World 7-10 days Please see the item description for the detail shipping time. Please note also our vacation setting.

A: Yes, we ship internationally.

The shippment via DHl to our buyer from the United States takes only 3 days all the way from NEPAL. Our buyer are always Happy with prompt delivery. Some of our goods are located in Europe and will be shipped to you from Europe. Not all our goods are located in Nepal. The buyer from Europe is enjoying our low shipping rate as some of our goods are located in Europe with low shipping cost.
